Hello and welcome to my website.
I am Michael B, The Musicman. From an early age I really wanted to play guitar but it wasn't until my late 30's that I finally learned to play. From a single, and very hard to play, Chinese acoustic guitar I now play a variety of electric and electric acoustic instruments. In the words of Mark Knopfler I "know all the chords and play strictly rhythm" covering the music that I grew up with, music from 50's rock and roll through 60's pop and into the 80's. I also have a small repertoire of original songs.
I have a fondness for red single cutaway electric guitars but if it is unusual, or just quirky, then I am likely to buy it.
I have played in a band situation but much preferred the solo style. These days I use backing tracks, created with a Digitech Trio pedal and recordedinto a looper.
I also have a library of over 1200 songs from the 50's and 60's which I play as an Old Time Rock and Roll Jukebox complete with lighting effects.
